Problem
The Experlogix Template Designer Add-In windows are all blank (empty). None of the windows (e.g. Properties, Options, Settings, etc.) show some actual content.
Solution

Close all Word instances

Navigate to : %LocalAppData%\Temp\.net on your machine
-
Delete the "Xpertdoc.Designer.WordAddin.Web" folder

Start Word
